Our Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for giving Suitsla.com the chance to serve your clothing needs. We hope you enjoy our fine selection of quality men’s wear. Over 20 years, Suitsla.com has been providing quality men’s wear at great prices. It has been our pleasure serving your clothing needs.

 

Any item purchased from Suitsla.com that fails to live up to your satisfaction may be returned within 7 days after you receive the item for exchange or refund, providing that the garment has not been tailored and/or worn, with the original tags attached to the item(s) The buyer has to  always return the items back to us no matter what the case they are responsible for the shipping fee.

Any returns should have a RA (return authorization) number noted outside of the box. The RA number is generated by Suits-La when you email us for the returns or exchanges. If for some reason the RA number is not given to you, please make sure you ask for it.

Any packages returned to us without the RA number is subject to be refused by our receiving department's staff.

This will cause a delay on your exchange or refund and might be considered as a final purchase.

You can just write the RA number on top of the package next to the address with a marker.

If for some reason you sent the item back to us after the 7 days, it will then be considered as your store credit for future purchase only, and there will be no refund. The store credit does not expire, and can be used at any time by calling us to place your order over the phone. (NOTE: STORE CREDIT CAN NOT BE USED ON ONLINE ORDERS. The amount of the store credit will be the cost of the item returned minus 25% restocking fee. (excluding any freight and other charges).

Any claim regarding the quality, stains, fit or damages or defects and etc... should be reported to us before the tags are taken off, before any alteration, and before wearing the product. We are not responsible for any claim after the suit is worn.

There is no exchange or refund or cancellation or any changes on order for custom make suits or any other items once the order is placed and paid for. We start the production right away.

 

For any claim, exchange, refunds or questions, please send an email to info@suitsla.com  within 24 hours after receiving your order.

 

(PLEASE DO NOT CALL). In your email please make sure to include your First and Last Name, Address, Order Id #, Tel # and your Message. Otherwise we will assume that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and the sales become final. We will reply back within 72 hours.

If we shipped you the wrong item (style, color or size) and you want us to exchange it for you, there is no shipping charges on exchanges, However you still have to pay for the freight sending your item back to us for any reason.

If we shipped you the correct item, and for some other reasons you still want us to exchange it for you, please include a money order or cashiers check for $25.00 handling fee payable to STATEMENT in your package.

Any refund will be Your total purchase minus freight minus 25% restocking fee. (JUST THE ITEM, MINUS 25%). In some cases, we might be able to give you a store credit for the calculated amount of the 25% for future purchase.

For refused packages the freight will be calculated double.

All orders will be processed accordingly upon purchase, however we don't guarantee exact delivery day and time, depending on the carriers (UPS & USPS) we use.

Should the package not get delivered to you on expected day and time, we can adjust the shipping cost accordingly.

In case of return for refund due to a delay of delivery caused by the carrier, the refund will be just the item minus 25% restocking fee.

 

Any return packages should be included a note including:

 

Your full name and address

Your invoice or id#

The reason of return

what you need in exchange Style / Color/ Size

 

Please note: Any package received without a note including the requirements above, will cause a delay for refund or exchange. In some cases it may result to store credit instead of refund, even if the package  was sent with all other required conditions for refund.
